Our mouth-watering sour cherry bars are made with our multi award-winning, organic, dairy free and vegan chocolate. To make these bars with infuse our amazing dairy free "milk" chocolate with cherry oil and throw in some sour, organic cherries for good measure to create a truly scrumilicious chocolate bar.
The organic cocoa in our premium, vegan and dairy free chocolate bars hails from organic farms in the San Franciso De Macois area of Dominican Republic. The beans are grown on Trinitario cocoa trees which are cultivated and harvested in the cooling shade of citrus, avocado and banana trees. Only 4% of cocoa beans produced in Dominican Republic are of the Hispoaniola variety. These are high exclusive high quality beans. Due to their fermentation and drying process these beans produce an intricate, fruity flavour. These are the beans we use in our multi award-winning, organic and diary free chocolates.
Because of our strict, allergen-controlled manufacturing processes in the Moo Free factories we can be sure that each of these chocolate bars is completely dairy-free, gluten-free, soya-free and 100% vegan.
