Our premium dairy dodging range are for dairy dodgers that appreciate that little bit of sophistication. Made with only the best ingredients, single origin organic cocoa, organic unrefined sugar and organic rice powder.
The organic cocoa in our premium chocolate hails from organic farms in the San Franciso De Macois area of Dominican Republic. The beans are grown on Trinitario cocoa trees which are cultivated and harvested in the cooling shade of citrus, avocado and banana trees. Only 4% of cocoa beans produced in Dominican Republic are of the Hispoaniola variety. These are high exclusive high quality beans. Due to their fermentation and drying process these beans produce an intricate, fruity flavour. These are the beans we use in our organic chocolate.
