This is how our lime and seasalt bar should be. this 80g bar is made with our organic dark 65% chocolate infused with lime and a sprinkling of seasalt.
The organic cocoa in our premium chocolate hails from organic farms in the San Franciso De Macois area of Dominican Republic. The beans are grown on Trinitario cocoa trees which are cultivated and harvested in the cooling shade of citrus, avocado and banana trees. Only 4% of cocoa beans produced in Dominican Republic are of the Hispoaniola variety. These are high exclusive high quality beans. Due to their fermentation and drying process these beans produce an intricate, fruity flavour. These are the beans we use in our organic chocolate.
