At Moo Free we only use high quality ingredients to make the delicious sea salt and caramel bars including unrefined, raw cane sugar and single origin cocoa from the Dominican Republic.
The cocoa in these luxury, dairy free and vegan chocolate bars hails from organic farms in the San Franciso De Macois area of Dominican Republic. The beans are grown on Trinitario cocoa trees which are cultivated and harvested in the cooling shade of citrus, avocado and banana trees. Only 4% of cocoa beans produced in Dominican Republic are of the Hispoaniola variety. These are high exclusive high quality beans. Due to their fermentation and drying process these beans produce an intricate, fruity flavour.
