I hope you had a Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year? We here are back to work, busy getting ready for Easter. Things are about to kick into high gear in order to get all these eggs done and ready in time. I mentioned it before, didn’t I, that we’ve got two more types of egg to go with the classic? One with the caramelised hazelnut nibs in the shell and one with Bunnycomb? Well, we are, just in case you missed it. It’s all very exciting, but it does mean more work. It’ll be worth it in the long run, yes, yes, although just the thought of all that work is making me sleepy. Oh, well, no rest for the wicked, as they say.
