Moo Free with Fruit!

I’ve been spending some time in the kitchen to experiment on ways you can use Moo Free Chocolate during the summer holidays. For now here’s a nice quick one - Chocolate Fruit.

Are you worried that you are not eating enough fruit because you much prefer chocolate?

Here is the perfect solution! Buy some fruit and dip it in Moo Free Chocolate.

What’s great about this little treat is how diverse you can be with the fruit, for example you could use:

• Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Banana
• Mango
• Grapes
• Pineapple
• Dried apricots
• Crystallised ginger

... anything that tastes good with chocolate!

You can melt a quarter to a half of a Moo Free Large Original Bar or a handful of Moo Free Baking Drops. The drops will most likely melt faster just be careful not to burn them.

You can melt your Moo Free Chocolate either in a bowl standing above a saucepan with gently bubbling water or if you are careful you can pop your bowl (check it's ok in a microwave) into the microwave and heat for about 30 seconds at a time on a high setting and keep checking it and stirring it as it starts to melt. Don't let it burn or you will get horrid crunchy bits - not good!

Wooden skewers work well for holding the fruit while you dip or pour the chocolate, and you could even go as far as to skewer multiple fruits at once!
