During a trip around the galaxy, Betty the astronaut discovers a strange and wonderful planet called Cinder, made entirely of toffee. While mining a particularly caramelly seam, she meets Freemoo, a beatboxing alien who helps Betty load up her chocolate rocket with enough Cinder Toffee to feed the whole of planet Earth. Fortunately for Moo Free she landed right in our back yard and scattered the Cinder Toffee in our premium organic chocolate.
Betty suggested we make these into 80g bars so we can all share the adventure to the planet Cinder.
The organic cocoa in our premium chocolate hails from organic farms in the San Franciso De Macois area of Dominican Republic. The beans are grown on Trinitario cocoa trees which are cultivated and harvested in the cooling shade of citrus, avocado and banana trees. Only 4% of cocoa beans produced in Dominican Republic are of the Hispoaniola variety. These are high exclusive high quality beans. Due to their fermentation and drying process these beans produce an intricate, fruity flavour. These are the beans we use in our organic chocolate.
