Allergens

Is your chocolate dairy free?
Yes, all of our products are certified dairy free.

Is your chocolate lactose free?
Yes, all of our products are lactose free.

Is your chocolate gluten free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free.

Is your chocolate soya free?
Yes, all of our products are soya free.

Is your chocolate nut free?

While we're not a certified nut free facility, we have strict allergen controls on site, we operate a dedicated ‘Free From’ chocolate production facility, we do not handle any allergens. All raw material suppliers are risk assessed to ensure that there are no allergen cross-contamination risks in the supply chain./

What is shea butter?

Shea butter is a natural fat that's extracted from the shea tree. It’s used widely in food products and skin and hair care.

Can you eat shea butter with a nut allergy?

Shea butter is not considered to be an allergen.

Does shea butter affect Moo Free chocolate, if at all?

Nope! It still melts in your mouth just like before - but now, even faster, thanks to shea butter’s lower melting point. That means more chocolatey goodness, quicker!

What is the Global Shea Alliance (GSA)?

The GSA is a non-profit dedicated to making shea fairer, greener, and more sustainable. With 560 members across 35 countries (ranging from women’s groups to major brands) it champions ethical sourcing and quality. By working together, the GSA helps shea thrive in food and beauty while supporting the people behind it.

Because our products are food, we cannot accept any returns.

Do you offer international shipping?
We don't currently offer international shipping. Shipping is available to UK addresses only.
