Imperfectly perfect, these raspberry chocolate truffles are here because sometimes, things just don't go to plan. When we make our delicious raspberry truffles we sometimes end up with "scuffles", that is, truffles that have been broken, scuffed or not quite formed right. These Scuffles have all the flavour, just not the perfection.
The delightful combination of chocolate and raspberry is enhanced with the soft gooey centre which you can expect from each of these wonky truffles. We use coconut oil to create these soft-centered raspberry chocolate treats.
