Free From Caramel Chocolate Brownies 🟫
When life gives you oozy caramels...melt them down and make delicious brownies!
Unbelievable no dairy/egg/gluten/nut/soya caramel chocolate brownies.
Perfect for those with multiple allergies.
Ingredients:
115g unsalted DF butter, melted
200g granulated sugar
2 x eggs worth of egg replacement (liked Crackd)
1 tsp vanilla extract
40g unsweetened cocoa powder
65g gluten-free flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder (make sure it’s gluten-free)
180g cup melted Moo Free caramel-filled chocolates
Method:
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Line or grease an 8x8" pan.
3. Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
4. Add egg replacer and vanilla. Whisk well.
5. Stir in cocoa powder, gluten-free flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
6. Pour half of the batter into your pan.
7. Drizzle or dollop the melted caramel-filled chocolates over the batter.
8. Add the rest of the batter on top. Gently swirl if desired.
9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool, slice, enjoy!
